This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website located at www.leadingmeridian.com (the “Website”) and use our consulting services, leadership development programs, digital products, assessments, educational materials, workshops, memberships, or other offerings made available by the Company (collectively, the “Services”).

5.      Leadership Assessments and Organizational Feedback Data.  Certain Services may involve the use of leadership assessments, surveys, feedback instruments, or questionnaires used in connection with consulting engagements or leadership development programs. These tools may be administered to individuals or participants sponsored by an employer or organization.

5.1.        Information collected through such assessments may include professional experience data, leadership preferences, organizational feedback, survey responses, and qualitative or quantitative feedback related to professional development.

5.2.        Assessment data may be processed internally or through qualified third-party technology providers used to administer such tools. Assessments used by the Company are non-clinical and non-diagnostic in nature and are intended solely for professional development, organizational insight, and consulting purposes.

5.3.        Where appropriate, responses may be aggregated or anonymized in order to support organizational analysis, program evaluation, or consulting deliverables.

Users should not submit medical records, diagnostic information, treatment history, or other sensitive health data through the Website, contact forms, community platforms, or email communications. Communications through the Website are not protected by therapist–patient privilege or healthcare confidentiality laws.
