⸻ The Work

Turn Strategy Into Sustained Performance

Leading Meridian partners with CEOs, founders, executive teams, and boards leading complex organizations, where decisions and misalignment at the top impact performance across the entire company.

When leadership is not fully aligned, it often shows up in costly ways: stalled decisions, talent loss, generational tension, and execution that doesn’t match ambition.

Through executive coaching, consulting, and leadership education, Leading Meridian helps leaders align the human and organizational systems that determine whether strategy becomes reality.

“Leadership is the capacity to
translate vision into reality.”

⸻ Why it matters

A Leader’s Alignment Impacts the Whole Organization

Organizations today are operating in conditions that are more complex than ever:

  • Rapid technological change and AI integration

  • A workforce spanning up to five generations

  • Increasing cognitive and emotional demands on leaders

  • Greater expectations around communication, inclusion, and adaptability

At the same time, an estimated 15–20% of the workforce is neurodivergent— bringing significant strengths, but often unsupported by traditional systems.

Without leadership alignment, this complexity turns into operational friction and performance breakdowns.

You may notice:

  • Decisions without follow-through

  • Leadership teams that don’t work well together

  • Strong talent leaving or disengaging

  • A culture that feels inconsistent across teams

  • Execution that varies depending on who is leading

Over time, these lead to costly impacts for the whole organization.

The Cost of Misalignment

  • Replacing an employee can cost up to 150% of their annual salary, making turnover one of the most significant financial consequences of organizational misalignment.

  • Disengaged employees lead to nearly $1.9 trillion in lost productivity.

  • Employee disengagement contributes to an estimated $1.9 trillion in lost productivity, highlighting the impact of poor alignment between people, roles, and organizational goals.

  • An estimated 15–20% of the workforce is neurodivergent, yet many organizations remain ill-equipped to fully leverage and support this talent.

Organizations that prioritize alignment, engagement, and neuroinclusion report higher retention, stronger productivity, and improved performance outcomes.

These are not isolated issues — they are signals of deeper misalignment within leadership and organizational systems.

Executive Coach and Consultant

I help leaders strengthen organizational performance by aligning decision-making, culture, leadership, and execution at the highest levels.

My work is grounded in a multidisciplinary background spanning psychology, neuroscience, health systems, executive leadership, supervision, consulting, and entrepreneurship. As a founder, organizational leader, consultant, and clinician, I bring both psychological insight and real-world operational experience to the organizations and leaders I support.

This allows me to approach organizations not only as business systems, but as human systems operating under pressure.

I developed the Meridian Alignment Model™ to address a critical gap I observed across organizations: strategy is often clear, but execution breaks down due to misalignment in how leaders think, relate, communicate, and operate. This framework allows me to identify high-impact intervention points and support sustainable organizational growth, leadership alignment, and long-term performance.
